Great athletes and great leaders share something in common; they both have coaches pushing them to be their best. Through one-on-one coaching, leaders receive support & guidance, individualized to their needs. Our role as your coach is to serve as a sounding board, challenge your thinking, and hold you accountable.
We offer coaching on an individual basis as well as a supplement to our leadership development programs. Coaching can be particularly beneficial to leaders during times of transition. Whether you recently transitioned into a new role or are wanting to work through a specific challenge, we are here to support you.
We’ll work together to set goals for the coaching engagement & design a custom coaching plan. We utilize a strengths-based approach and will kick-off our first session by taking a deep dive into your strengths as well as things that may be holding you back. Our subsequent sessions will focus on helping you reflect, explore situations from new perspectives, and commit to action items. We provide you with activities to reflect beyond the session & ultimately equip you with the tools to transition into a self-coaching capacity.
